Alumni

Remember your first connection with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at App State? How you felt accepted and were encouraged to take your Christian walk seriously? How you learned to study the Bible carefully and love God deeply?  We pray those experiences influence your whole life!

This page is to help you remain connected to what God is doing at App State! When a reunion is planned or a get together is happening on campus the information will be posted below.  Join the ASU Alumni facebook group if you are on facebook, it’s a great way to stay connected with the alumni.

How to Stay Connected

There’s still a need for you to remain connected to the chapter here in Boone!  Would you consider some of the following ways you can continue your involvement with InterVarsity at App State?

Pray

You know what it’s like to be a follower of Jesus on campus.  You’ve been in the midst of the spiritual battle going on here!  In many ways you are the best person to be praying for App State to hear the gospel.  To help you pray, we send out periodic Alumni newletters that has a sections for ways to pray for our campus

Give

InterVarsity staff are responsible for raising 100% of their own financial support.  Please consider a financial commitment such as $25, $50, or $100 (or any amount) per month that will help keep InterVarsity staff  on this campus. This can be a chance for you to give back to an organization God used in your life while in college.  Go here to make an online donation.  You can either set up an EFT (electronic fund transfer) directly from your bank or contribute by credit card each month.  Just search for our school and feel free to email us with any questions.

Volunteer

Consider volunteering with InterVarisity here.  Volunteers can serve as conference small group leaders, disciple students, or even help cook hot dogs at a campus outreach event.  Please feel free to send us an email on our contact page if this is something you might be interested in doing and we will get you plugged in to help serve the chapter.
